Welcome to CASEX, the ultimate MBA case competition designed to test your strategic mettle, problem-solving prowess, and operational agility under intense time constraints. Organized by VIT Business School for graVITas'26, this premium competition challenges participants to step into the shoes of top corporate consultants and leaders. The competition unfolds across dynamic, high-octane rounds: Round 1 (Case Release & Problem Understanding): Teams dive into a complex business scenario, identifying core issues, key stakeholders, and primary objectives with a limited window for clarification. Round 2 (Analysis & Strategy Development): Armed with frameworks like SWOT and Porter's Five Forces, teams build a comprehensive 8-10 slide presentation featuring root-cause analysis, risk assessment, and implementation roadmaps. Round 3 & 4 (Boardroom Presentation & Jury Q&A): Pitch your recommendations directly to an expert panel of judges, defending your assumptions, feasibility, and financial impact. Round 5 (The Crisis Twist): Just when you think you have it figured out, a sudden corporate curveball—such as a regulatory shift or supply chain disruption—is introduced. Teams must rapidly adapt, revise their strategy, and defend their updated plan on the fly. Whether you are evaluating market dynamics, crunching numbers, or managing a live crisis under pressure, CASEX is your platform to showcase exceptional business acumen, outthink the competition, and claim cash prizes and glory!
