ARKK – The Rebuild Protocol is VIT Business School's management simulation conducted as part of INVICTUS'26 at graVITas'26. It is the year 2038. A global disaster has destroyed governments, businesses, supply chains, and the economy. ARKK is searching for the best teams to provide the rebuild authority. Only one team will receive the Tier 1 authority and resources to rebuild the future. Over two days, your team will face an escalating crisis -round after round -where every decision compounds and nothing is forgotten. What you do in one round shape what you face in the next. The pressure builds. The stakes rise. And by the end, there will be no doubt about which team deserves the title. You will be tested on what you actually do when it matters.Open to every stream, every college. If your team believes they have it -this is where they prove it.

Teams are evaluated across six rounds on a 1,000-point scoring framework. Day 1 contributes 600 cumulative points, while Day 2 contributes 400 points through relative performance across the final rounds. • Prioritisation & Resource Allocation: Ability to allocate limited resources effectively. • Strategic Decision-Making: Quality and consistency of decisions based on available information. • Team Coordination: Effective collaboration, role allocation, and execution. • Leadership: Ability to guide the team and take responsibility for critical decisions. • Negotiation & Communication: Effectiveness in negotiating, trading, and communicating with other teams. • Adaptability: Ability to respond to changing conditions and unexpected challenges. • Execution: Ability to convert decisions and strategies into successful outcomes. Final Winner: The team with the highest overall score across all six rounds wins. Ties will be resolved using predefined round-level tiebreakers.

1. Each team must consist of 3–4 members. 2. Every participant can be part of only one team. 3. Teams must report 30 minutes before the event begins. 4. Participants must carry their college ID card. 5. Mobile phones, smart devices, and internet access are prohibited during competition unless permitted by organisers. 6. Teams must adhere to the time limit in every round. 7. All decisions should be made collectively by the team. 8. Any form of malpractice, plagiarism, or unfair means will lead to immediate disqualification. 9. The organisers reserve the right to modify rules in unforeseen circumstances. 10. The judges' decision will be final and binding.
